Refund and Return Policy

As long as you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, you can cancel your order and get your money back. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are liable for the cost of returning it. We will also not reimburse the initial shipping charge we paid to send the product to you (even if marketed as ‘free’). Once a product has left our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund or exchange. If the product is damaged upon arrival, there will be no refund or exchange. However, we will replace the bike at no further cost to you.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you and include the packaging. Additionally, you must have a valid reason for returning the item. It is also necessary that the item be returned in its original packing. We have the right to impose a restocking fee of $150 on any returns or exchanges.

We need a receipt or evidence of purchase in order to process your return. We will tell you of the outcome of your refund request once we have received and inspected your return. XCURSION MOBILE has the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in good working order when it is received. No refunds will be given to customers who have had the product for more than two weeks and have used it.

The refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
